PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. It is the client`s responsibility to make sure all the details are correctly stated and comply with items as agreed and advise us of any changes or errors within 24HRS of receipt confirmation . Once 70% deposit is paid we resume with the order and NO changes are allowed once we start with production otherwise you will have to pay extra for those changes.
-NO REFUNDS ON ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS as this is made specifically for you and therefore can not be resold
-A DEPOSIT REFUND CAN ONLY APPLY TO NON CUSTOM DESIGNS BUT 15% WILL BE DEDUCTED .
2. Please note that no two pieces of wood will ever be exactly the same as wood comes in differently all the time .
3 . All pricing quoted is subject to change due to price fluctuations of raw materials .
4 . All quotations are valid for 21 days
5 . Prices DOES NOT include delivery fees, handles and paint techniques unless confirmed on quote acceptance .
6 . All orders remain the property of Timber Furniture Designs until payment has been received in full .
7 . Once we are done manufacturing your product you (client) are required to come view , approve , pay the remaining balance of the product before delivery/collection
8 . Please note all products are handcrafted therefore product flaws might be visible .
